Product Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase on the Website, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the delivery of your Product.

Please note that upon receipt of the ordered Products, the User must check the conformity of these Products and that any anomalies related to delivery (for example, missing or broken Product or damaged packaging) the User must notify FARFACIA on the same day of receipt or no later than the first working day after receiving the Product.

Any returned Product must be unopened in its original packaging and all components of the returned Product, including the free item delivered with the Product ordered, must be returned with the relevant Product.

Please note that FARFACIA does not reimburse the initial shipping costs and does not cover the cost of returning the Products.

No Product purchased through the Website may be returned to a FARFACIA retailer or distributor. Similarly, no Product purchased from a FARFACIA retailer or distributor may be returned by the website's customer service.

FARFACIA reserves the right at any time to limit or refuse the return of the Product, if the reason for the return referred to by the User is due to his own fault or his incorrect selection of the Product.

FARFACIA reserves the right at any time to replace the returned Product free of charge without any compensation or reimbursement due to the fault of the User. If the ordered Product is not available, the User will be informed accordingly, and with his prior consent, a Product of similar quality and price will be offered.
