Any returned Product must be unopened in its original packaging and all components of the returned Product, including the free item delivered with the Product ordered, must be returned with the relevant Product.
Please note that FARFACIA does not reimburse the initial shipping costs and does not cover the cost of returning the Products.
No Product purchased through the Website may be returned to a FARFACIA retailer or distributor. Similarly, no Product purchased from a FARFACIA retailer or distributor may be returned by the website's customer service.
