We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after you receive your item to submit a return request.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and fix it.

European Union 14 day cooling period
Notwithstanding the above, if the product is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
