Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@farfacia.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective product, we will replace it at no cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
